With all the news/claims, and other stuff out there. I was just wondering what some of your favorite health websites are, any topic, any theme, any disease.
My brother's ex-wife swears by webmd.com.
I'm not sure if this counts, but I buy Manuka honey from www.manukahoneyusa.com. I use it on diabetic ulcers on my feet, and it has saved me (so far) from an infection bad enough to require amputation. My doctor doesn't approve, but none of his treatments have kept infections away like this stuff does. And the web site lists many other uses for the stuff as well as sells many other products.
I like www.medicinenet.com. It has articles about many kinds of conditions, as well as ones about symptoms, ones about medications, and ones explaining medical procedures. I like that it is pretty easy for me to navigate and also that it uses the medical as well as regular terms to explain things.
Hmmmm I like sparkpeople.com for weightloss issues, which is health as well, obviously.
